Using the website
Use this website and ArgonMax lawfully and only where you can enter into a purchase agreement. If you purchase for an organization, you must be authorized to do so. The purchase details and included features are those described in your offer and checkout at the time of purchase.
Price and access
The front-end offer is a one-time purchase. Optional upgrades, usage credits and third-party services may have separate prices and terms. Creative Studio image and video generation requires access and credits. A one-time purchase does not make third-party services or compute usage unlimited.
Accounts and acceptable use
Protect your login details. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, distribute malicious software, send unsolicited bulk messages or use the service to violate another person's rights. Access may be restricted to address abuse, security issues or a refunded order.
Your content and AI output
You are responsible for the content you submit and how you use generated output. Review results for accuracy, appropriateness and third-party rights before publishing. AI can produce errors, similar outputs for different users and content that requires additional permission.
Commercial use
The included commercial license permits using eligible output for your business and client projects, subject to applicable law, third-party model terms and rights in any input material. It does not transfer ownership of the ArgonMax software or grant a right to resell accounts, source code, trademarks or the product itself.
Service changes
Features and availability can depend on hosting, model providers and other services. Maintenance, model changes and service interruptions may affect the product. Specific availability, output quality and earnings are not guaranteed.
Refunds and consumer rights
Our Refund Policy explains the advertised 30-day guarantee. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Contact and updates
Questions about access or these terms can be sent through the ArgonMax Help Center. Changes to these terms will be reflected on this page. Your purchase receipt remains the record of the offer you ordered.
